DESCRIPTION:BMW Performance Experience\n\nMeet on the race track...not the golf course. The Greater Coachella Valley Chamber of Commerce brings this new opportunity in lieu of our yearly golf tournament. Who needs golf when you have the opportunity to race against time\, drift across a polished concrete pad and drive a high performance vehicle like you stole it! Come race with us on March 20th\, 2023\n\nEvent Information:\n\n64 participating people consisting of 16 teams of 4 people (similar to a foursome on a golf course)\n\n7:30 arrival\n\n7:30   Lite Breakfast (CA Wellness Breakfast - avocado toast /yogurt bar/muffins/juices)\n\n8:00   Safety talk\n\n9:00   Competition starts on both tracks\n\n11:00 - Two best times from each autocross compete for top 3 spots. Gold/Silver/Bronze\n\n12   1:15 Lunch/Beer/Wine/closing reception\n\nActivities:\n\nTwo Autocross courses used for the Relay Race. 8 foursome on each course.\n\nFinal competition on combined course.\n\nSide activities while people are waiting: Hotlaps South Palm\; Rat Race on Skid Pad and Lite Thermal Club Tour\n\nClosing announcements during lunch.\n\nThe Track at Thermal Club\n\nSet against the backdrop of a beautiful mountain range\, The Thermal Club is an exclusive track that offers three unique layouts\, plus our own challenge course to encourage maximum thrills.
