We bake fresh buttermilk biscuits and scones every morning. Baking and creating have long been Gina's "thing." As a graduate from the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco\, California\, Gina worked professionally in hotels\, restaurants\, and production kitchens\; as well as in food research and recipe development.
