We are neither. We are a well-established, responsive independently owned dealership with over 30 years experience providing imaging systems and solutions along with world-class support to business & industry of all sizes, including government, education, and religious organizations throughout greater Southern California. And beyond.

Our owner, and all management staff are here daily, in our local offices. Every IDS employee is empowered by the owner to make every customer happy throughout the entire course of our business relationships, delivering “PERFORMANCE, not promises” ever since our company’s founding.

We use NO automated attendants, and are pleased to provide personal, humanized interactions from the moment you call our offices. In fact, we know many of our customers by the sound of their voices!
