Option #1:
Tof-ish Tacos
Sesame crusted firm tofu in fish taco style.
Corn tortilla, firm tofu, cabbage, pico de gallo and vegan chipotle aioli.
 
Fish & Shrimp Ceviche Tacos
Lime marinated fish and shrimp with fresh tomato, cucumber, onion and cilantro in a cold tomato clam broth. Served with chips.

Both served with pasta salad.

Option #2:
Gourmet Sandwiches
Tri tip sandwich with horseradish cream sauce tapenade (olive relish)

Grilled Turkey Sandwich
With cranberry aioli and a French cranberry sweet and sour sauce.

Both served with a pasta salad.
