Indio Canyon is a proposed development of upscale, modern rental homes coming to North Indio. Our goal is to enhance the community in Indio by developing a collection of premium single- and multi-family homes in a range of product types that appeal to a diverse market of renters.
Residents at Indio Canyon will have access to open spaces and recreation facilities on-site. Amenities include a clubhouse, gym, pools, BBQs, sports courts, dog parks, and gardens.
At full build-out, plans call for up to 1,200 high-quality, single-family homes and townhouses for lease in two phases.
