I'm a naturally positive person, and there's nothing I like better than putting a positive spin on someone else's day by telling them I can get them a terrific loan product at a great price.

With more than 25 years in the Financial Services industry and experience as both a real estate agent and a loan originator, I thoroughly know both sides of a property sales transaction; and that's a definite plus for all parties looking to successfully close a sale.

There's a reason I've stayed in the industry for so long, it's simply - I love what I do. There's nothing more rewarding to me than helping people to achieve their homeownership dreams, save hundreds of dollars a month on their mortgage, or get cash out of their property to buy a second home or investment property to improve their financial position.

It's hard to admit defeat when you are a positive person, which is why I'm tenacious when it comes to helping clients with challenging situations get qualified for a home loan.
