IDK Buffet is a family owned restaurant, that's a fusion of Mexican and American cuisine.

In case you're wondering, it does stand for 'I don't know'. The buffet's name began as a running joke in our family since we never knew what/where to eat. Every time we would ask each other what to eat, the response would always be, ''I don't know (IDK).'' Thus the name IDK Buffet was born.
