As a Independent Certified Optavia coach, I am enabled to help those who desire either a healthy body, healthy mind or healthy finances. I can't SELL them on this idea, I have to become aware of their raised hand announcing their desire for health. My area of specialty is helping people reduce their medication for chronic disease, e.g., high blood sugar, high blood pressure or high cholesterol.
